Automated Teller Service is Ending 10/1/26
As part of our system upgrade designed to enhance the services we provide, our automated teller phone service (PAT) will be discontinued effective October 1, 2026.
We understand this may be an adjustment for some members and apologize for any inconvenience. If you need assistance with your accounts, our Member Service Representatives are happy to help during regular business hours. You can also continue to access your accounts anytime through Online Banking and our Mobile App.
