POCUMD membership is required to open a Certificate of Deposit.
Membership is open to all current and retired Maryland USPS employees and their families. If you are not an MD USPS employee, you may still be eligible to join through one of our partner organizations.

*APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Rates are subject to change monthly and are fixed for the term of the certificate. Certificates dividends compound daily. The minimum balance to open a certificate is $500. Withdrawal of the Share Certificate funds before the maturity date will incur an early withdrawal penalty. Single term only. CD accounts will not automatically renew at maturity and will not pay dividends after the maturity date.
